Some 18 months ago we contacted Hartley Financial after a recommendation from a friend. With retirement imminent we were keen to ensure our superannuation & finances were structured to ensure a strong wealth plan. Chris Behringer, Isabel Hartley & the Team at Hartley Financial have been professional, efficient, respectful, patient & personable from day one. They put together a financial plan in writing that gave us options, contained their preferred strategies & written explanations as to their reasoning. We have now retired and are extremely pleased with the strategies now in place to ensure our financial security in the years ahead. I cannot recommend Andrew Carter enough if you are looking for a reliable and knowledgable mortgage broker. From start to finish he was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain all possible steps and actions. I felt comfortable asking him even the most basic financial questions and never felt under pressure at any point with regards to decision-making. As a busy GP with a young family I’m pretty strapped for time, however his organisation (Google calendar invites/zoom meetings etc. East to West coast time differences), contact-ability and availability allowed me to fit this in around my other commitments.
